Inuyasha to Kikyo

As I walk in this cold, cruel world,

I have only stumbled across harsh times

Where others, so cold towards me

they have pushed me into my own world

where I have made walls to block out there world around me

My heart, cold as ice because of what others have said and done

They never took the time to get to know me

They only saw what was on the outside and judge me by who that was

But then you came and changed my world

You were the only one who shared their world with me

And right then I realised

The me I thought i knew wasnt me at all

And then my ice cold heart dethawd

And the walls that divided my world from yours crumbled to the ground

I may be different

But you treat me the same as you would others

You were the one who, when I was in need

Granted me the power to show the world the inner me

The me that has been locked up within me for so long

You were the one i was destine to love

And should we part our different ways

I will always remember you for you showed me how to love

And you showed me what it felt like to be loved

Still waiting

As I sit here I think of all the things that are going on

I think about the first day I saw you

Until the very day we parted our seperate ways

I know we are different

But we are so alike too

We share so many unforgettable moments together

And I wish that we could do it all over again

and until the day that we are re-united

Don't forget me because I'm still waiting

I want to know what it's like to love you

I want to know what it's like for you to love me

It may have been only a few days that we've been apart

But it seems like eternity

I wish that you were here holding me near

I wish that you could hear this song just for you

Because then you would know

That I'm still waiting

Still waiting, silently waiting for you to come for me

I wanted to tell you things but couldn't find the courage to tell you

I wanted it to just be you and me

But it won't ever be

For you and I could never be together

We are seperated by a dimension so huge

That I'm afraid to go through

And so you may never know how I feel

But maybe someday I'll find the courage

And penetrate that once scary dimension

and you will know that I was still waiting
